Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is expected when services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard, we also offer no interest financing through CareCredit. If you have any concerns or questions, please ask our staff.
Our insurance coordinators deal with many different insurance companies. It is almost impossible to estimate exact patient co-payments. We will do our best to maximize your benefits. Many insurance companies will not give out fees until after treatment is completed. Most companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time.
